Another Sage Mod finished. Similar to the first one, this Mod 490-4 was wrapped in a very light brown that turned very translucent. I find it very cool looking on this gorgeous jade green blank. The two-tone amboyna wood is just beautiful and the Bellinger aluminum hardware is a fine touch. Standard ceramic stripping guide with hard chrome snake guides finished with the utmost precision epoxy work. The handle is a comfortable western shape that I preffer on most dry fly rods. Dark red signature wraps and my hand script in a very sharp, sleek looking finish. This Mod rod casts as smooth as it looks and surely will make someone very happy. Thanks for looking!

Just finished this classy, very clean style Epic 580 in nude. The clear wraps show the fine snake guides and amber agate with one of my signature reel seat in bright hardware and gorgeous maple burl wood. A slim modified wells grip topped with the finest winding nickel check in the industry. I simply love it and I might build myself an 480 in the same color scheme. This beauty will bend in Norway. Thanks for looking!
