Kabuto "on fire". Reloaded.

I had a first Kabuto "on fire" rod project a few months back and it was mainly an experiment for me because I don't normally like to build these white blanks to be too "poppy".

It looks like some folks really liked this color combination a lot. This one comes with black hardware, a red-orange agate guide and a darker orange koa wood insert. The blank was sent to me to be built.

Thanks for looking!

Kabuto yellow

I finished up this beauty a couple of weeks ago. First Kabuto yellow 7' 4wt. done and I think it came out slick and classy. The rod was also showcased at the biggest casting event here in Transylvania just before it went out to its owner. A couple more white Kabutos will follow and they will be pretty special as well. Thanks for looking!
