Kabuto yellow
I finished up this beauty a couple of weeks ago. First Kabuto yellow 7' 4wt. done and I think it came out slick and classy. The rod was also showcased at the biggest casting event here in Transylvania just before it went out to its owner. A couple more white Kabutos will follow and they will be pretty special as well. Thanks for looking!
The color reminds me of the instructor rod(s) Loop once made. These days with all the colorful fiberglass rods, bright color blanks is a lot more common.
